How Easycom handles your data.
We collect what we need to deliver a sprint, keep it inside the engineering team, and delete it when the work is done.
Only what a sprint requires.
When you send a brief through the contact form, Easycom receives your name, email, company, and the message you write. If you share wireframes, repos, or credentials over a separate channel, we treat that material as part of the same engagement.
Our website does not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or session replay. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request path) are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
To scope, build, and ship your MVP.
Briefs are read by the Easycom engineering team to scope the sprint, prepare a fixed-price proposal, and respond to you. If a sprint moves forward, the same information is used to plan the build, provision infrastructure, and deliver the working code.
We do not use your brief or project material to train AI models, market unrelated services, or seed a public portfolio without your written consent.
Inside the engineering team. Nowhere else.
Briefs and project material stay inside the Easycom engineering team. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
Where a sprint requires production infrastructure (hosting, databases, transactional email), we use established providers under their standard data-processing terms. We will tell you which providers are involved before any data leaves our systems.
Kept while useful, then removed.
Briefs that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 90 days. Active project material is kept for the duration of the sprint plus a 12-month support window, after which it is archived or deleted on request.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time. If we are legally required to retain something (tax records, signed contracts), we keep only what is required and nothing more.
Access, correct, or delete — just ask.
You can request a copy of the personal data Easycom holds about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete it. We respond to requests within 30 days.
You can also withdraw consent for any optional processing. Withdrawing consent does not affect work already delivered under a signed engagement.
Reach the Easycom team directly.
For any privacy question or request, reach the Easycom engineering team through the contact form on the homepage. A real person reads every message — usually within one business day.
If this policy materially changes, we will update the date above and, for active engagements, notify you by email before the change takes effect.
